Rod Wilson

Dr. Rod Wilson has been fascinated by leaders and leadership for years. Despite an increasing cultural focus on leadership, leaders are more worn out than ever. Rod wonders if we need to explore our own stories more and their impact on how we lead. Rod has served in leadership for over four decades, and has extensive experience working with struggling leaders. His background in English literature, psychology, counselling, and theology weave together a compelling interdisciplinary tapestry that invites leaders to reflect on their journeys.
